The SS150XL Single Deck System is manufactured by Link Manufacturing, which has been developing innovative products for the transportation industry for over 30 years. The SS150XL Single Deck System offers the same great features as the SS150 Single Deck System, but the SS150XL also includes four casket rollers. It is a high impact ramp system designed to protect a vehicle’s floor and bumper, and it makes handling cots, stretchers & caskets easier and safer. The SS150XL works with most minivans, full size vans & SUVs. It has a sealed fiberglass deck surface and custom aluminum extrusion design. An adjustable bier pin is included with SS150XL Single Deck Systems being used in Suburbans, Yukon XLs and full size vans. A stationary bier pin and an adjustable bier pin are included with SS150XL Single Deck Systems being used in minivans.

Double Deck Systems 4000 The most convenient double deck system you can have; Double Deck 4000 is electrically powered and utilizes the capacity of the van. One person can, therefore, load up to four caskets for transportation. The DD4000 system is professionally built, and designed for maximum efficiency to reduce on the job injuries and ensure minimal lifting is required. Double deck 4000 Vehicle Information The vehicle itself is a sprinter (Freightliner or Dodge) model with a 2500hc and a wheelbase of 140”. It has a 600 lb capacity on the upper deck. The vehicle’s recommended specs include; a regular height roof, a bulkhead with a window, side door and rear door windows. Other additional options of the vehicle are; windows that are powered, mirrors and locks, a cruise control among others. Furthermore, it has a powered lower deck that can be raised or lowered in seconds. It, however, does not have a rear air conditioner. The van is designed in a way that only one person will be needed for the delivery of the casket. Moreover, it does not require any form of commercial driving license. The double deck systems 4000 can be paired with the CT400 to provide additional efficiency. This CT400 casket truck has its advantages, which include; ensuring the movement of caskets with ease, can also be used for display and utility purposes, has 5” casters providing easy handling and lastly, it comes with a powder coat finish. Before the installation of the components, you are always advised to read the entire installation instructions thoroughly. In case the product that has been bought is found to have damaged components, you can always return it with Return Goods Authorization number through the Department, which handles customer service. The Returned Goods Authorization should be pre-arranged.
