I have made several purchases from Vischer Funeral Supply over the last 2 years, including an embalming table. Most recently I ordered a roll in three body Mortuary cooler for my Funeral home. The cooler arrived in 10 weeks from date of order as promised. They kept in touch with me from when the cooler was ordered through shipping and delivery. They assisted with installation and we're right there when I had questions. Their price was very competitive and i found them to always be easy to deal with. Amazing customer service! I ordered a MacKenzie Urn that needed to be engraved. Did the approval and in 2 days it was at my door way ahead of schedule. Zach is very prompt when I need something and asks the right questions so I get what I really need.
I purchased a Seveer Flex Five flexible stretcher. Initially, I was looking for the same product manufactured by/for Reeves based on the fact that I was familiar with their products. However, the turnaround time on Reeves was 4-6 weeks.
I communicated with Zach via email. He was quick to respond to my questions comparing the Seveer and Reeves. It should be mentioned, the turnaround time for the Seveer was one week or less.
While mulling over which to buy, I did a little more research and discovered the manufacturers of Seveer (USA made products) were originally, Reeves and sold their company to them. I know, because I spoke with the owner of Seveer.
The turnaround time, slightly lower price, high quality American-made product, as well as Zach's nod on the product determined which to buy. I received my purchase within two days of making my decision.
